Vote Forward - Writing letters to voters is one of the most effective ways to help increase voter turnout. Independently verified research shows that Vote Forward is one of the most effective (and cost-effective) organizations for voter turnout. UNITED POWER PDX downloads and distributes letters from Vote Forward for volunteers to write and send to voters in the key campaigns recommended by Swing Left ( a partner of Vote Forward). Vote From Home - Grassroots organization dedicated to making it easier for Americans to vote by mail. Volunteers make calls, send text messages, and talk to voters to protect and expand voting by mail. Campaigns are based on a data-driven approach focused on high-risk swing-state Democratic voters.
Vote 411 - A non-partisan source of election information from the League of Women Voters Education Fund that explains the facts in an easy-to-understand way. A voter can confirm their polling place, check to see if ID is required, get started with voter registration, and even see what their personal ballot will look like. Intended to be a one-stop-shop of trusted election information to counter the lies and disinformation that swirls around us daily. The League requests information about Vote 411 be shared over social media.
Indivisible - Dedicated to grassroots organizing to build and wield power in ways individuals cannot, Indivisible is working on five core advocacy issues: democracy, economic justice, climate, health care, and immigration. When We All Vote - National, non-partisan organization launched by Michelle Obama in 2018 focused on voter registration, voting rights advocacy, and civic education for the entire family and voters of all ages.
